02.14.2019
Hello, this is APIS team.

We have adjusted the swap policy for better service since we noticed multiple cases of transfer without Two-way swap on APIS platform(apis.mn) after Mainnet launch.

Here is the guide to restore when you have transferred ERC-20 APIS Token or APIS Mainnet Coin without Two-way swap.

We APIS team cannot provide any help in the actual process and you need to proceed yourself.

■ You can restore when you have transferred ERC-20 APIS Token to PC Wallet.

■ You can restore when you have transferred APIS Mainnet coin to Ethereum based Wallets(e.g. MyEtherwallet).

■ We can’t help you when you transfer APIS Mainnet Coin to an exchange.

■ You can’t restore if a wallet is not registered on PC Wallet or the private key/Keystore file is missing.

(1) When you transferred ERC-20 APIS token to PC Wallet without Two-way swap
